Star Jones, founder of Shanti Cinta

The conscious journey began in the pandemic - the first time in my 25 years of life I let myself slow down. And in that slowness, everything became clear. I felt where I was living out of alignment and was able to connect to a truer part of myself, and the beauty of life.

Organically, I began living from the heart and helping others to do the same. The world was vibrating in fear, and I felt strongly that it didn’t have to be this way. Power to the people!

I set off on a journey of writing packs of little positive cards and gifting them to those who needed some joy in their life. This then led to teaching Yin Yoga & Meditation (with no qualifications at this point - just fierce passion and love), which continued to my first ever Women’s Circle - not only the first one I held, but also the first one I had ever been to - followed by my first weekend Women’s Retreat.

It was safe to say I had found my purpose, and life has never been the same since.

It has been the most beautiful journey of truly being alive - learning (or unlearning, shall I say), gathering with the most incredible human beings, letting destiny guide me, and doing my absolute best to be true to myself and really live this life.

Truth is, none of us know what is promised after, but what we do know is that we have this precious gift now. And my wish is for more of humanity to truly live it.

I care about us humans, a lot.
I am passionate about slowing down, being in raw and loving community, expressing truth, and enjoying this life for all that it is.

My favourite quote, which I’ve witnessed the powerful truth of time and time again, is:
“People don’t need help - people need love.”

There have been some incredible experiences along this journey, each one shaping who I am and who I’m becoming. I continue to challenge myself - stepping into courses, workshops, and retreats - not only to deepen my connection to truth, but to inspire me, teach me, and help me become a clearer vessel for messages to come through, so I can serve humanity.

I’m so deeply grateful for this path, this life, every lesson, every moment of beauty, and for this incredible Shanti community that allows me to live a life of purpose.
