Return To Life
Return To Life, after a long Winter
An incredibly powerful and deeply needed space for us women. To emerge from Winter’s darkness and gather in lovingly community.
An invitation to take off the armour we tend to wear and carry in everyday life, and to allow yourself to truly be you - honouring both your light and your dark.
It is a space beyond words. One that feels so real, so safe, so unified and lovingly held that you begin to soften, to remember, and to rise.
An invitation to pause. To step away from the distractions of daily life and taste the sacredness of simply being here - being alive, being you. A sacred container where you can give space to it all, where you can surrender into rest and aliveness at the same time.
Here, you find clarity. You remember your truth. You recharge, you release, you fill your being with an abundance of love and truth. It is hard to fully describe the beauty of these days - it is something you have to feel.
As women, we have been gathering in circles for centuries. There is a deep knowing in that. A belonging. A returning.
For me, the only way I can describe this is medicine. True medicine - the kind we all seem to be seeking. It is simple, yet deeply special. It makes so much sense, and yet asks us to make none. It is a feeling, not a description. One I pray all women get to experience.
Throughout the day, we will flow between stillness and movement, allowing the body to rest and the heart to be heard. There will be space to create, to write, to express, and to simply be. Each moment offers an opportunity to listen deeply - to yourself, to nature, to the quiet truth within.
This is a space to reconnect with what is real, what is tender, and what is ready to rise. We will move slowly, together, each of us returning, in our own way, to the place within that feels most like home.
It almost feels impossible to explain this day, as no words can truly capture its depth, beauty, and healing. Please take a moment to feel into the testimonials - words shared from the hearts of those who have gathered before.

“The circles you hold are a roller coaster of emotions (light and dark) which all need to come out. And they do In such a beautiful and safe environment. I come away from your circles wanting to scream out “I’m Alive”!

The space is simply magical! No other way to put it. As you drive down the country lane you begin to feel it. As you arrive and feel the energy of this space you will understand. We will be using the glass studio and outside dining area throughout our time together. To be surrounded by the grace of nature is healing in itself. Fickle Field is a very special place.
