Shanti Cinta Circle

“People don’t need help. People need love.”

What is a Circle?

How can words truly capture the magic of the circle space? It exists beyond language - felt deeply, understood instinctively. For centuries, women have been gathering in sacred circles, and when you sit in one, you feel the undeniable pull of this ancestral wisdom. It is a belonging. It is a returning home.

Today, all around the world, these circles continue - whether in candlelit rooms, open nature, hired spaces, or beneath the full moon. They are alive, and they are shaping the world.

When women come together in these raw, nurturing spaces, allowing themselves to be truly seen and witnessed on their life journeys, a ripple effect spreads throughout humanity. The circle is a sacred container where you are welcomed exactly as you are - a space of safety, presence, deep listening, and unwavering support.

As we soften into the beauty of the circle, trust invites vulnerability, and through this openness, transformation unfolds. We were never meant to walk this path alone - there is only so much we can do in isolation. These spaces serve as a profound reminder of that truth.

Community is medicine.

A Shanti Cinta Circle…

For me, holding space is a practice rooted in love, devotion, and presence. In a world that moves so fast - especially in the Western world - it often feels like we are rushing from one place to the next, rarely pausing to savour the sacredness of the present moment.

My intention is to create a safe and nurturing space where we can slow down, step out of the busy mind, and drop into the heart - a space free of expectation and judgment, where feelings can be honoured and expressed. A space to explore your depths, to continuously meet yourself as you shed layers, and to journey beyond the surface of daily life into something more profound. A space where you can truly experience the medicine of raw, loving community.

While I trust the beauty of the circle to unfold naturally, here are some elements it may include:

Flower Mandala Making – A mindful, creative practice honoring beauty and intention.
Deep Rest – Allowing the body and mind to fully relax and restore.
Sharing Circle – A space to be witnessed, heard, and held in community.
Meditation & Silence – Cultivating inner stillness and presence.
Journaling – Reflecting, processing, and connecting with your inner voice.
Poetry – The beauty of words to inspire, heal, and express.
Heart-Centered & Connection Practices – Strengthening bonds with self and others.
Embodied Movement – Releasing, expressing, and flowing freely.
Creativity with Purpose – Engaging in meaningful artistic expression.

The circle is where I feel most alive - I owe everything to this sacred space. I deeply pray that more women of today find their way back to the circle, to experience its true essence - a space of love, unity, and profound healing.
