A love letter to a Bolster: Yin Yoga & Meditation
Have We Lost the True Meaning of Yoga?
In the Western world, yoga is often seen as just another form of exercise - a quick class squeezed into a busy day. But yoga, from the Sanskrit word “yuj,” means union - a deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. It’s more than just movement; it’s a journey inward. A path to reconnect with ourselves and the present moment.
This is why Shanti Cinta is different.
It’s not about rushing in and out of a class. It’s not solely about the physical postures. It’s a sacred space to unravel, to soften, and to remember who you truly are. Through held yin poses, breath, stillness, and the sounds of nature, you’ll be guided into deep connection with your inner world - resetting your nervous system and returning to presence and balance.
This experience has been created from my heart, each touch is a symbol of love and care. My intention is for you to feel held in this safe cocoon, to take time from daily life, to release what no longer serves you, and return to what is true - that light within you.
I wholeheartedly believe in this space and have witnessed its profound impact on so many others. My only wish is to continue holding this space, trusting that those who are meant to find it will arrive when the time is right.
